Daio Kaiun Recruit Co., Ltd. is a shipping company that transports wood chips and paper products which are raw materials for paper.
It is a mission of shipping companies to safely operate a ship and for that purpose, it is necessary to secure excellent seafarers.
Therefore, Daio Kaiun Group has established an office in Philippines where we recruit and train seafarers.
Due to the declining population, there will be more and more labor shortages. By making use of our expertise, we are engaged in the business of introducing foreign human resources to Japanese companies which are facing labor shortage due to the declining population.

As a member of Daio Kaiun Group, Daio Kaiun Recruit Co., Ltd. has been assisting in the recuitment of domestic and global overseas human resources from Shikokuchuo City for about 20 years now, counting from our predecessor, Misuga Kaiun.

Also, we have Tokyo office where we promote activities such as proposing human resources from Kanto area who wish to make U/I turn to the eastern part area of Ehime and Shikokuchuo City. It is difficult for Job seekers in Kanto area find a job while staying in Kanto or Tokyo.
We would be happy if we could provide information to everyone looking for a job and help them find a job that will satify both job seekers and companies.
